About Momma Neal’s Trini Products

Family time is our most valuable and enjoyable time! I was one of eight children born and raised in Trinidad. We often have a lot of get togethers which include a mass of cousins, uncles and aunties. Having finger food that is healthy, delicious and easy to heat up is a huge bonus!

We’ve always enjoyed these Trini mini patties at our gatherings and they are always the first to disappear from the table. You can enjoy them alone or with the curry dip recipe in our “Tings” section.

Pepper sauce is the condiment found on every Trinidadian’s table, and is used on any and everything… Spicy and Hot, so we can’t live without it!

All ingredients are fresh, carefully cooked and prepared with Trini Love instead of additives or funny sounding chemicals. Please enjoy!

Momma Neal.
